Sharing Keynote with embedded videos with Windows users?

Is there a reasonable workflow for sharing a Keynote deck with embedded videos with Windows users?

I've tried open a shared link to a Keynote on a Windows machine using the web browser version of iCloud.com, but the videos don't play.

I'd like to avoid exporting as a PPTX and fixing formatting/video imports if there's a better way.
