Battery warning alert

There is only one way to resolve this issue:

Take the phone back to the shop that installed the wrong battery and tell them to install a genuine Apple battery.

Make sure that you are working with an authorized Apple Service shop. You can find a listing of authorized shops in your area by using this link:

If you have had a non-Apple Battery installed, you will always have the non-genuine alert. The only way to correct that alert is to have a genuine Apple Battery installed.
