I lost my iPhone 11 and it’s offline

Find My is realistically the only means that might allow you to locate the phone.

Assuming that you enabled Find My on the phone.....before.....it was lost, there are several reasons (or combination of reasons) why the phone is currently "Offline":

1. The battery has run down
2. The phone does not have a connection to the Internet where it is currently located
3. Thieves are fond of putting a phone in a special type of bag that will not allow the phone to send or receive any type of signal

Unfortunately, there is not really anything that you can do about this other than keep checking a few times each day to see if the status of the phone has changed.

Troubleshooting a Lost iPhone:

I. About iPhone and Find My:

If Find My was enabled with these, then note that the local shown is based off of the last time the device they were connected to that itself was connected to the internet. So, was Find My never set up and enabled on this iPhone?

II. What to Try:

A. Backtrack your Locations:

Do it the olde fashioned way and backtrack your locations. For instance, if you were at a retail store, then stop in, asking the store manger if it was placed aside.

B. Lost-&-Found:

Chick with the Lost & Found department of the facility you were in, seeing if it has been handed over.

C. Contact Local Authorities:

See if the community police, or local security guards at the front door, can across it.

D. Use Craigslist:

Put a post on Craigslist, seeing if they have been found.
