My Apple Watch wont do a force restart. And it is stuck on the logo and then it goes red.

Have you noticed your battery dying faster than normal prior to this issue?
Try unplugged your charging block from whichever wall outlet you have it plugged into, and plug it into another wall outlet. Unplug your cable from the block and plug it back in as well. Make sure the back of your watch is clean, and the charging cable is clean.
Then try force re-starting by holding in both the power button and the Digital Crown at the same time for 10 seconds or until you see the apple logo.

Do you see a red exclamation point at any time?
If you try all the steps above and still having issues your Apple Watch may need to be repaired or restored. Apple watches cannot be restored at home or even at the Apple Store. The only way an Apple Watch can be restored is being have either apple support setup a mail in for a simple restore or the Apple Store can send it in as well.
