I paid an invoice for astrill application but the subscription not been activated

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! If you see that your subscription is active, but the app still doesn't recognize it, we suggest the following:


  1. Restart your iPhone
  2. Update your iPhone or iPad
  3. Quit the app and relaunch: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch


If you're still not getting the benefits of the subscription but show it active under your account, contact the support for Astrill. We found this page, which may help to get you started: Astrill Support
