I know my iPhone id or password and also I still have recovery (email-phone number) . I have not using this Apple id since 3 year. Now i want my account back

To unlock an Apple ID you need to reset the password. IF you click on "unlock account" it will try to have you reset the password.



This all depends on what type of security your Apple ID has. If it's Two factor authentication then you need to be either already signed into a trusted device or be using an active trusted number. If you don't have access to either of those then you'll have to do account recovery where you go to iforgot.apple.com to start the process. To do account recovery you at least need to know your Apple ID and your trusted number to verify.
