Hi team, I have purchased a MacBook Pro M1 everyday I have to purge RAM as I get notification saying RAM is full I have checked Activity Monitor and there is nothing that is using up a lot of RAM. WHY?

Use the Activity Monitor application and make sure to use View >> View All Processes 

What process or processes are using the Most CPU  and Memory.

Often times - the issue maybe not a single Process alone but a combination of Processes

Also, when the computer is using so much Memory - it can be a indicator of a Lack Of Empty Spaces on the Drive.

In which case, the CPU and Memory usage would become Much More because it is searching for Empty Space to save all the Changes the user is performing.

Also, depending on the number of  Open Tabs in your Browser, they can also affect Memory Usage as each Tab is constantly updating .

I've got an M1 Mini with 8GB of RAM and don't have any problems. macOS will use every bit or RAM installed all of the time if there is enough running to use it. It does not leave RAM sitting idle. If you launch an app that needs some of the RAM, it will rearrange things to allow it what it needs. If you are running many memory intensive apps, you will legitimately run out of 8GB of RAM fairly quickly and it will start swapping to disk.

What actual problem are you experiencing besides seeing something you think must be a problem.

Stop using Intel only software! IMHO Intel only apps draw way to memory that's why made the decision to NEVER trust Intel only software on M1-2!

Certain Applications maybe available on the Apple Apps Store - this only means the Developer is prepared to pay Apple a portion on each sale. What the Application may do to the computer is up to the User to check this out before purchase

Prime example would be " CleanMyMac " aka " BrickMyMac "

Arrive at your own conclusions on Memory Cleaner and such applications
