Safari is not responding on my new Mac Book Pro M2 Max

I have bought a new Mac Book Pro M2 Max a month ago.

I discover that Safari will not load web pages - or at least do it severe slow. (minutes)

I still got my older Mac Book Pro (Intel) - I check the same page. And the old Mac works just fine.

  • I have full upgraded to Ventura 13.4.1
  • The Mac is not doing any thing that brings CPU idle under 90 %.

Okay then I close Safari and starts it again. (Force Quit)

And then Safari is working again

I'm sure that solution it not what Apple intended with product.

Is there anything I can do?

Can I share some more metrics with Apple so Apple can get insight on what the problem is?

Did you migrate everything from an old mac to the new one? If so, it’s likely that the problem id due to old system modifications that are not working correctly in the new mac.

It is recommended, especially when changing architectures, but in general too, to only migrate the user accounts and not bring settings, applications or other files.

Please run Etrecheck and post its full report here using the additional text button below your message.

If I may inject myself here 🤞

There is not "  endorsement " from Apple

Though, at one time there was an Etrecheck Application available on the Apple Apps Store.

Due to certain constrains place upon the Developer by APPLE, the developer choose to remove it from the Store and make is available Directly from them.

This specific application is well known, on these Forums, as Go To for trouble shoot and avoiding all the question / answer and question / answer to finally get the issue pinned down.

It is also known and reported by Reliable Sources that, sometimes APPLE SUPPORT has invoked using this same Developer Distributed Version of Etrecheck application to trouble shot computer issues

If you do a quick search on the Front Page of there Forums using " Etrecheck " you may find about 287 Posting related to the usage of this application

Lastly - should to decide to use and post the Report now or at a later time, we are willing to have a very close look and offer some insights

PS - I am not affiliated with nor do I receive any compensation from the Developer for suggesting using this application - Incase that may also be a concern you have
