I am unsure what is being sought here; geolocation and remote network access and interference aren’t all that related.
IP addresses are network addresses, not physical addresses. The service provider responsible for the IP address might have geolocation data available, but accurate data is problematic at best, is more costly to maintain, and can be a catastrophe for the subscribers. A whole lot of IP addresses—those considered private, and located behind network address translation gateways—only have a location secondary to a geolocated Wi-Fi router, or maybe the upstream public IP address.
If you are having Wi-Fi issues or interference, there are bad options and might be some less-bad options. But in congested areas and with numerous competing and interfering Wi-Fi networks, coordination among the Wi-Fi devices is the best option.
If not local issues, interference remote from a home can have many causes, whether ISP problems, routing issues within the internet, overloaded network links, or otherwise.
If you want to establish remote access into a private network, here re various ways to do that. Some vendors offer products that make that easier including Apple with some of the HomeKit security products, while it is also possible to set up remote access with dynamic DNS or with static IP, and with firewall rules, and with local network services that you have installed and configured.
Beyond describing what you believe a solution—geolocated IP addresses, unspecified interference—please describe the issue you are encountering in a little more detail, and preferably with some added background- and goals-related info.
I want to be able to see what is going on my home.
