For Apple Cash referred to in the title of your post, there is no option to get the entire card number or security code.

Apple Card has three sets of numbers. You have full access to only one of the three sets of numbers. The virtual number you have access to, is used for entering account information manually, such as a website. It can also be used for manual entry by a merchant at a POS.

The other two sets of numbers you have limited access to, for completing refunds.
