Can’t paring my iphone with apple watch

I have installed new ios17 beta for both iphone and os 10 beta for apple watch beta.

Due to I had some crushes I restored my iphone back to ios16. When I was tring to pair my iphone to apple watch I got massage that I have to update my iphone to ios17. Then I restored the Apple watch to factory reset in order to pair them together, and still got message that I have to update my iphone to ios17. Please your support to help me to solve this issue.
