Where is my $1000.00 dollars

I bought two apple gift cards from Walmart and Walmart review the numbers on the cards and I had a reference number from apple and Walmart saying after I sent picture of my card numbers and receive I'd get my $1000.00 dollars back in 48 hours now it been almost the 7 days I was given to get this done

No one has done anything yet. It was two $500.00 cards
