Help unscramble my album art on iOS
I have a mac and iPhone. MacOS Ventura 13.4.1, iPhone SE(3rd) iOS 16.5.1(c). On my mac, I have Music 1.3.5.8. I do not subscribe to Apple Music. I maintain my music library on my mac, and sync my iphone to it. LThe album art on my mac is perfect and correct, but on my iPhone it is SCRAMBLED!!! I have researched this issue on this community forum, and see that the first thing recommended is turning off Music on my iPhone, then shutting down the iPhone, waiting 30+ seconds and restarting it and Music. I tried this and it did not work.
It's a safety feature to have the correct album artwork while driving, because modern cars disable music changes while driving. Drivers are relegated to switching music quickly at a stop light. A quick glance is all the time we have to make a change while the car is not moving. The words under the album art are to hard to read in the 2 seconds I have to change my music, and with 180+ albums, the art becomes the identifier. So imagine my surprise when I clicked on "Greetings from Asbury Park" based on the colorful artwork on my iPhone, but got "Abbey Road" instead. This is frustrating, lessens my apple experience, and causes danger while driving.
Please provide "option 2" since the initial "re-boot" help did not work. It's an important safety issue and a big UX issue as well.
