iTunes library and playlists missing I recently upgraded from OS 10 to 13.6. When I opened my iTunes (now Music) app, all of my playlists and most of my music was missing. It is all still on my hard drive, so I haven't lost any music, but I have lost my years of playlist and organization. Is there a way to recover that? I don't want to update my phone as I'm afraid I will lose all my music there too.

How do I recover my Itunes Playlists? All of a sudden, when i opened the Music app today, all my playlists were gone. The music files are are still on my computer, but no songs show up in Music, and no playlists. It's easy enough to move all the files to Music, but I had everything organized by playlist, plus I had 15 years of playlists that I really didnt want to just have vanish with no warming, and no explanation of how to save them before they were just wiped away.

List music and playlists Since changing my iPhone and restoring the new one from a back up most of my music library and playlists have disappeared. Any ideas how to recover it anyone ?

If you cancelled your subscription at some point you’ll have to start from scratch. Otherwise go to Settings [Your Name] > Media and Purchases, sign out and back in.
