So we're all on the same page you're saying that you want the latitude and longitude and area name on the image itself, right?

For that you'll have to use the Markup tool in the Edit mode

and manually add those items to the image as text.

Have you annotated/added text to a PDF in Preview with its markup tools? It's the same as with the markup tool in Photos.

You can go to YouTube.com and search for "markup in Preview". That will get you a couple of videos showing how to do it.
