Stopping request on PC to login to ICLOUD account
Since my Icloud account was full Apple wants me to but more storage. I dont want to buy more storage

Perhaps you should consider to manage the storage, before it accidentally
gets lost; make backup archive (not in Cloud) maybe on an external HDD?
Or not.. Some people are uncertain.
Things can happen; simply plan on it.
