If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support


You must contact Apple Support and they are not here. We are other end users like you with no access yo your account information.


You have found the English-language version of Apple's User-to-User Communities. If you can post in English, you will get faster answers with less chance of our making a translation error.
