Video recording without sound

I posted a few months ago because my phone was recording video that play back with audio silent halfway through the video. EVERY TIME I’ve reached out the response from Apple is almost condescending asking me if I know how to record a video with my phone. Yes, I’ve had iPhones for over 10 years. I know how to record a video. So please don’t respond with that.

I record multiple videos a day and once every few weeks a random video will play back with video halfway through then go silent. There’s no rhyme or reason and nothing that points to what’s causing the issue. I’ve received a new phone and still have issues. I reset my phone and still have issues.

Now what’s worse is my husband’s brand new phone that is a newer model than mine is doing the same thing.

We’re losing priceless and irreplaceable moments of our child because of a flaw in a VERY expensive phone and apple seems to have no resolution and doesn’t seem to care. But now two of your products are having the same flaw. We can’t be the only ones. Is there nothing we can do to fix this? If not, we need to switch to a different brand than apple.
