Re: I am failing to cancel my apple music subscription. When I select cancel,

I get an error message saying "we can't locate your subscription"

Wondering where you tried to cancel, and if you were successful & have cancelled the subscription if it is not there to cancel now.

or maybe you have more than one Apple ID accounts ... and the subscription is listed on the other account.
