I'm being charged for a subscription for iCloud with 200 GB of Storage at $2.99 a month. I want it STOPPED but I can't because it's not showing up on any of our subscriptions on our Apple devices. How do I cancel?

I'm being charged for a subscription for iCloud with 200 GB of Storage at $2.99 a month. I tried to follow the instructions of going to all of our individual Apple devices to find the subscription to shut off and can't find it on any of our devices. So basically, I'm being charged $2.99 a month for a subscription that we are not even using and it's been going on for multiple years. I want it shut off/deleted asap but I'm unable to. Help!

Cancel upgraded iCloud storage by downgrading to the free 5GB plan. See instructions in the following Apple article: Downgrade or cancel your iCloud+ plan - Apple Support
