How can I update from iOS 15.7.7 to iOS 16
my phone has been moving slow and I deleted some apps and pictures and it is still working slow and i am trying to update my iOS to iOS 16

An IPhone 7 can't be updated beyond 15.7.8, it does not have the hardware needed to run anything higher.
