I signed up for a Zoom meeting using iPhone 13 Pro. Now I get repeated invitations to the event. I have deleted the meeting from my calendar, used all the options (decline, maybe, accept) and as soon as I submit that response, another invitation arrives. Help!

Since you use iCloud for calendars, let's see if you're able to decline or delete the event from your calendar on iCloud.com on a computer:
If you don't see the event there, or if you're still unable to delete it, we'd suggest contacting Apple Support. They will be best prepared to investigate this further for you.

How was this invite sent exactly? Was it something that you received by using the Zoom app? Also, what type of account do you use for your calendars (iCloud, Gmail, Hotmail, etc.)? Understanding the answers to those questions will help us to determine how to proceed.
In the meantime, we'd suggest restarting your iPhone to see if the event can be deleted. Restarting can often address unexpected behaviors.
