Why do I owe you 52.93 when I haven’t purchased anything my nephew use a computer I took it off and spoke with cash app but you guys still charge me can you take it off

You guys keep charging me 52.93 and have took it twice out me in the negative and this been going on for awhile I spoke with cash and my bank my dispute two charge which was months ago I been trying to get contacted with you guys and I’m lost and don’t under an my nephew play fortnight and was ordering and my bank dispute and I removed but I can’t play on none of my app because of this some one can get in contact with me I will gladly appreciate that
