Software iOS 14

It sounds like you're trying to upgrade to iOS on your iPhone 6.

Please ensure your device is an iPhone 6.

Settings > General > About > Model.

If it says iPhone 6, that device is not compatible with iOS 14. The iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s+ are compatible for iOS 14. I've included an article with this information below.
