Hello everyone, I'm thinking of replacing my iPhone 6s battery with new one due to user experience issues. My questions are ''Is replacing the old one with new battery will solve my problem and is it worth it to use such an old model as 6s in 2023 despite security issues that might occur?''

What is the battery health level? If it is 80% or less, then a new battery might help. You don’t say what the problem is, so we can’t say if a new battery will work or not. An iPhone 6s cannot update past iOS 15 so at some point you may want to buy a newer phone.
Battery capacity is at 84% and it doesn't last more than 2,5 hours in everyday use. I have a 14 Pro Max as a daily driver but I thought I could use my old 6s as a back up device if something happen, you know.
Honestly, I don't think that you will notice much improvement if you replace the battery on the iPhone 6s at this time.
In other words, it won't hurt to replace the battery, but it probably won't help much either.
It is also possible that the service shop may not be willing to replace the battery until it gets down to 80% or less. You won't know until you ask.
