Can I take the SIM card from my Kyocera phone phone to a apple 12 phone?
the phone just has my phone contact list. No data. Phone can not transit
via the internet

If the SIM card is the same size, you can use it in the iPhone 12 and import the contacts as described in the following instructions: Import contacts from your SIM card to your iPhone - Apple Support
