If you have upgraded iCloud+ plan, once your request for iCloud+ plan has been activated, you should receive an invoice in your email box.

Check -> Go to -> Settings -> your name -> iCloud -> if you see 50 GB (or 200 GB or 2 TB) then you have an iCloud+ plan subscription.

If you have an iCloud+ plan subscription, you will receive a monthly bill from Apple, check your email box.

Where are you looking? To be clear, iCloud storage does NOT increase the amount of storage on your iPhone. It ONLY permits you to sync more data with the cloud. Often, people mistakingly believe that buying more iCloud storage increases the storage on their device.

If you don't have this misconception, to see if your iCloud Storage did in fact increase, open the Settings App on your iPhone. At the top tap your name. Then tap iCloud. At the top, you'll see the amount of iCloud storage you have used out of how much storage is available.
