There could be other reasons – what happens when you try to update?

Does your iPhone 12 still have its original battery?

And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...

Hello Dylan, have you tried to update your iOS? What happened? I was also wondering if I could update my iOS; my LCD screen was replaced by an illegitimate one.
