my mac OS is uptodate (Ventura 13.5).
i have downloaded the itunes 12.8.3 but it while i want install it, it says "This update requires macOS version 10.13.99 or earlier."
which version of itunes i should download?????

To have iTunes in its OLD WAY would require an Operating System running macOS 10.14 Mojave
Starting in macOS 10.15 Catalina and above - iTunes in the Old Way has been split into Separate Applications as my Learned Colleague @ stedman1 has tried to explain earlier

As above you can not. The linked article details the methods to use the other Apps (Finder, Apple TV, Music, etc) to accomplish all that used to be accomplished within iTunes.
