Sudo - Command - Super Power User

I feel like somebody has full control on my MacBook Pro.

Does this mean that somebody has access to my whole system as a Super-Power User?

After I input the command it ask for a password which I do not have.

TIA.

It is dangerous to be using terminal not knowing what commands are available or how to use them. You could damage your operating system by running commands you do not know while using sudo.

macOS is not Linux. macOS derived from the Carnegie Mellon University MACH micro-kernel, and the FreeBSD UNIX APIs and utilities. That was 20+ years ago. Since them macOS has gone its own way, and while it does share some common commands with most Unix/Linux implementations (ls, cd, cp, mv, cat, grep, etc...), the admin commands are totally different, as the admin commands between many Unix/Linux implementations are totally different (macOS vs Linux vs Solaris vs HP-UX vs AIX etc...; all are different, and I've worked on everyone of them and a few more that have gone by way-side)
