That specific IP address looks to me like the IP Address to your Internet Access Point or Router


Any good Access Point or Router is outside your actual Computer, iPhone , iPad actual IP Address

The address range 192.168.0.0 to 192.168.255.255 is private. These addresses are not accessable from the Internet. 192.168.100.1 is a private ip address of a device on your LAN.
