Ipad pro 11 keyboard layout

I have a question about the layout of the on screen keyboard in iPad 11 pro:

why is it different from iPad Pro 12.9?

I would like the same layout (number row and à…..), not like an iPhone…..

why iPad Pro 11 and 12.9 are so different?

is it possible to modify it?

moreover the answer that “iPad Pro 11 is too small” doesn’t fit very well…..

in fact on landscape I have more working space on iPad Pro 11 then iPad pro 12.9 in portrait…..
