The wallpaper keeps opening by a mere swipe!

If you’re referring to the “Change Wallpaper from Lock Screen” feature, that cannot be accessed by a mere swipe. You must hold the Lock Screen down to change the wallpaper from it.
So I suggest you try to watch how you handle your iPhone, and this issue may go away!

Disable the Tap to Wake feature, and try again.
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Touch > Tap to Wake > [off]
This will require you to use the side button to view the display.
