Why I unable to sign in Settings?

After i enter in Setting under my Name I am not able to click in and do my sign in

If it is a private iPhone, see -> Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad and iPod touch

👉 Check restrictions -> tap Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy -> scroll to Allow Changes.

If you have a MDM profile, you need to contact your company - IT department.
