that did not help me since I use Spotify. Downloading Apple Music did allow me to change EQ. But it had no effect since Spotify is my music platform. Is there another way?

When somebody mentions about I always keep telling them the beats products are good and you can find what you looking for becauseIt is beats products so it needs to provide good taste of rhythm ( full richness and fully customizable )

But unfortunately I am not satisfy this products, it seems magic didn't happen this time.

Hello sanberk192,

To help us better assist you, can you let us know which device you're using your Beats with? If you're using your Beats with iPhone, please check out the information in this link, which explains options to change the way music sounds on iPhone, and may be helpful: Change the way music sounds on iPhone

Change the way music sounds on iPhone

Change the way music sounds on iPhone with EQ, volume limit settings, and Sound Check.

* Choose an equalization (EQ) setting: Go to Settings  > Music > EQ.
* Normalize the volume level of your audio: Go to Settings > Music, then turn on Sound Check.

For more information on how to use your Beats, please be sure to review all of the details outlined in the link you came from: Set up and use your Beats Studio Buds or your Beats Studio Buds +

Thanks!

Hi sanberk192,

Thanks for following up. If you're using an Android device, you'd need to check the settings for your device or possibly the app you're using, depending on where you already checked when you mentioned adjusting EQ.

If you're not able to adjust the EQ to your liking, you can always send your feedback here: Product Feedback - Apple

Cheers.
