Re downloading Snapchat

On my iPhone 13 I deleted Snapchat and a few hours later I wanted to re download it. I’ve never had this problem before, but when I go to download it it makes me put in my Apple ID password and then my billing information. When I put my billing in it says i already have that card in my phone. Which I know I do. And so it’s a loop hole it it will not let me re download Snapchat.
