Syncing from iPad to Windows 11

Until July 27, 2023, I was able to sync audio files from my iPad to my Windows 11 computer. Since July 27, 2023, my iPad shows that the file has synced, but the file does not appear when I access iCloud drive on my Windows 11 computer.

Transferring files from a Sony ICD-PX370 to Apple So I have this Sony ICD PX 370 recorder & it has a USB. I am trying to figure out since at the moment I do not have a regular computer how to transfer my audio files or is it possible to transfer them to my Apple 14 pro max phone or my Apple iPad Pro? I need to be able to transfer the files on a regular basis and email them. Is there an easy solution to this or do I need to buy a computer? Thanks for any help.

I have questions about syncing my iPad & iPhone to my iMac First, I am not subscribed to Apple Music or to Music Match. The majority of my music tracks have been added by importing CDs to my iMac. What exactly takes place when you sync an iPhone or iPad to the iMac. Are all of the songs erased from the iPhone then reinstalled from the iMac? If there are songs on the iPhone that are not on the iMac, do they get deleted from the iPhone or do they remain on the iPhone and/or do they get transferred to the iMac? My iMac is a 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5. The iPhone is an iPhone 13. My iPad is an iPad Air 5th generation.
