I accident added $15 in Apple Pay from my debit card. If anyone know how to put $15 back in my debit card, please. Thank you.

Apple Pay doesn’t hold or store funds. Apple Cash holds funds for purchases or transfers. Please follow the steps in the support article I linked below.
