Is Apple Watch Series 3 compatible with iPhone SE (2020)? Which Apple Watches can be used with iPhone SE (2020) on the largest scale?

I would not reccommend buying the apple watch series 3. It is old, and it cannot run watchos 9 so you will face compatibility issues in the near future. If you want a more cheap watch I would go for the SE 2022.
