iPad Pro 12 - Magic Keyboard acting weird.

while using the magic keyboard htere like a selctive resone while navigating through the text - as it select the fram of the text or la buttons- see the blue frame and the blue selected button.

Have you enabled Switch Control?

Settings > Accessibility > Switch Control > Switch Control - set to OFF

Yes, having Full Keyboard Access on by mistake can cause a variety of problems like you saw. Also common is having the space bar not work in some apps.
