Messages Are Split Between Android Phone and iPhone To provide background, I'd like to state that I initially had an iPhone XR uptil April of 2023. Now, I switched to a OnePlus 9 Pro 5G (due to various reasons), but my messages did not transfer. Recently, I switched back to an iPhone 14 Pro. Much to my dismay, I discovered that my messages are now split between two phones. The XR and the iPhone 14 Pro have messages until April of 2023, whereas the OnePlus 9 Pro 5G has messages from beyond then until now. Sending new messages can only be done on the iphone 14 pro (since it's the only phone with a sim). The two phones have split message history, so it would be nice if I could somehow merge them into one history on my current phone, the iPhone 14 Pro. But I'm not sure how to do that.

Update iOS before first setup Hi. I got my first iPhone today. I'm switching from Samsung Galaxy Note 8. I've been looking for a way to transfer my Whatsapp chat history to my new phone and I saw that it requires iOS 15.5 or later. The thing is iPhone 13 comes with iOS 15.0 so it does not support this feature out of the box. I tried this on my wife's iPhone last week and I was not aware of this requirement then, so I could not transfer her whatsapp chat history unfortunately. I need my iPhone to be updated before the first setup. How can I do this? Thanks in advance.

I don’t personally have WeChat and I never have but my smart watch is compatible with it also an Apple Watch can be compatible with it so if you have an Apple Watch or an compatible Smart Watch sync all the data to it then pair the Watch to your new phone and you will have all the data saved on your wrist. Also I don’t how it works but I am guessing you can reinstall WeChat on your new phone and sign into your account and everything would have saved. Either way should work.
