Downloads in Chrome
I've stopped having access to downloads from any website in Chrome. It looks like is downloading but the file doesn't appear anywhere.

Chrome uses the main downloads folder on Mac.
You can click on the 3 dot menu at the top right corner, and then on Downloads. It should list all your recent downloads with an option to "Show in Finder" under each of them.
