iCloud for Windows 10 - Email issue - How to turn off conversation view?

iCloud on browser - How to I separate my emails on my Windows 10 iCloud browser?

I do not want all the related emails to be grouped together.

I want to be able to search my emails by time and date; this version screws up my workflow.

I have seen some answers relating to Mac; do not give me these solutions please.

Thank you.

Hi Canuck57,

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities.

From what we understand, it sound like you're using Windows Mail app. You will open Settings in the Mail app to make this change.

1. Open the Mail app.

2. Click/tap on the Settings icon at the bottom left, and click/tap on Message list in the Settings flyout.

3. Under Organization, select (dot) Individual messages or Grouped by conversation (default) for what you want applied to all email accounts.

It would be best to refer to Microsoft for additional assistance.

Hello Astro24,

Many thanks for the quick reply.

I am not using the Widows Mail App, but the iCloud Mail (icloud.com) for Windows 10 web interface.

Your suggestion, albeit positive, has no relevance unfortunately.

I did try your suggestion on my Windows Mail app, but even then, the icons mentioned were nowhere to be found. (i.e. Settings on the bottom left...)

I am accessing my full iCloud via my Google Chrome.

Best regards,

Andre

Hi Canuck57,

We appreciate those details. This article has some helpful information about using iCloud Mail on the iCloud website: Use iCloud Mail on iCloud.com.

"With Mail on iCloud.com, you can send and receive email from your iCloud Mail account using a web browser. If you have iCloud+, you can also send and receive email from a custom email domain (not available in all countries or regions).

Before you can use Mail on iCloud.com, you need to set up an iCloud Mail address on your Apple device. See Create a primary email address for iCloud Mail.

To access iCloud Mail on other devices, see Set up iCloud Mail on all your devices.

Note: If you don’t see Mail on iCloud.com, your account is limited to iCloud web-only features. See Get more iCloud features.
