Unable to Remember Passcode - Unable to login Icloud, unable to use the device, unable to restore anything!!
Its been 3 weeks on cascading issues and mental agony on my iphone 13
- Face ID did not detect
- Tried my passcode multiple times
- Went to the nearest apple store - The "Iphone Unavailable" Status pushed from 1 hr to 8 hrs

- Followed procedure on itunes for data recovery mode - but it mentioned stating data recovery failed.
- it asked for a password entry twice and goes thru status check for data recovery and in the end it fails.
- Meanwhile Apple ID password also was locked and went on till 14 days
- post 14 days (today 8/8/23) Apple ID restored with a 2 Factor authentication in form of otp to my mobile number
- Used a secondary Iphone 6s+. Logged in with the apple id credentials and now it asks for passcode of the previous device which i dont remember after multiple/series of passcode usage.
- this is the message which comes "if you cant remember the passcode for iphone you can approve this iphone from one of your other devices signed into icloud or you can reset your end to end encrypted dataif you cant remember the passcode for iphone you can approve this iphone from one of your other devices signed into icloud or you can reset your end to end encrypted data"
- When i sign in Icloud, it is asking for 2 options - find phone or manage device. When I click on manage device it is asking for a 2 FA and when i click on send a text sms. Nothing is displayed on the screen. If i click on find my phone, it says all devices are offline.
Real Problem Now
- Unable to access icloud
- My photos were synced with google one and now when i check on google one it shows Zero photos and Zero contacts. When i enquired with google support, they guide me and say that its an apple payment issue and authentication is thru apple device. I am now unable to update the payment.
- My whatsapp data backup is synced to the same gmail which i fear is lost as well. '
- it also prompts an error Unknownerror-0xE8000015 and says could not connect iphone
The apple support has gone thru screenshares and they are only giving templated responses. it was not of any help. Case ID - 102056455217
Any help on this? SOS!!!
