Pride wallpaper causes lags when unlocking iPhone on iOS 16.6

I have been enjoying the Pride wallpaper on my phone since iOS 16.5 and it worked flawlessly. However, after updating to iOS 16.6, I noticed a significant delay in unlocking my phone, whether by Face ID or Pin.

I did not initially suspect the wallpaper was the cause, but then my phone started to flash bright pink lines for a few seconds. I decided to change my wallpaper and the problem disappeared. The pink lines and the lag were gone.

Anyone having the same issue?

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 16

I had an issue with my 14 Pro lagging half of my screen for a spilt second when the display turned on the unlock screen. It was set to a picture I took of the ocean, so basically the whole screen was sky blue. I changed it to the stock moon background and the lag went away. The glitch must have to do with certain colors or brightnesses. I even tried turning off my True Tone in settings and rebooting, but changing the background is the only thing that’s worked.
