Why i cant see my most recent activity on my Apple card
I can’t see my most recent activity what I have purchased today or anything like that

There can be several reasons for this. Did it just start today or are you missing transactions going back how far, a day, a few days, a week?
The fix is to log out of your Apple ID, do a forced restart of your iPhone and then log back into your Apple ID account. The transactions usually populate within 24 hours, but can take a few days.
