Hey there MikeJ19Golf,
Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities.
To get started, if having issues with a third-party app on your Apple TV, the best option would be to try restarting the app, checking for any updates available for the app, and removing and reinstalling the app.
This link can provide more details under the "Set up automatic updates or installation" section on how to check for apps if you don't have automatic updates enabled: Purchase and download apps on Apple TV - Apple Support
If Automatically Update Apps is turned off, you can select any app in the App Store to check if an update is available and manually update there.
If you need any help with removing the app, check out this next link here under the "Delete an app" section: Customize the Apple TV Home Screen - Apple Support
1. Select the app you want to delete, then press and hold the clickpad center (Siri Remote 2nd generation or later) or touch surface (Siri Remote 1st generation) until the app starts to jiggle.
2. Press the Play/Pause button
for more options, then choose Delete.
3. Deleting an app also deletes its data. You can download any app again that you’ve purchased on the App Store, free of charge, but the data may not be restored.
If still having issues after going through the steps above, and you're only getting these alerts/errors when trying to use the Zwift app, the next best option would be to reach out to the app developers for more information and possible troubleshooting steps.
Check out this last resource for help with reaching out to the app developers: How to contact an app developer - Apple Support
Contact the developer of a tvOS app
1. Open the App Store on your Apple TV.
2. Search for the app, then choose it.
3. The app's product page appears. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Find the developer's website in the Information section.
We hope that's able to help.
Have a great day!
