The evaluations are many cases are instant decision. However, some individuals have less extensive credit history and it may take a week to 10 days to make a decision. Goldman Sachs has by law 30 to inform you of a decision. Watch you email address (the one you used on your credit application) for a notification. You may want to look in your junk/spam box also.
