I assume this is for the Safari browser on your Mac?

You would have a gears symbol in the toolbar at the top. Clicking that would bring a pop-up configuration with a checkbox for Content Blockers.
If you have installed 3rd party ad blockers, then those may have their own symbol in the toolbar, with their own setting, and options to change (enable|disable) these settings for the current site.
