I cannot set up face ID on my iphone 11

I want to set up Face ID on my phone, but it not available to set up and I tried many times. I don't know how to fix it. If everyone have any solutions please kindly comment to guide me. Thank you!

Explore the list of things to try in this document: If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support

If the first 8 don't solve the issue then use #9, contact Apple.
